TampaBay PCS (a highly respected Sprint PCS employee in the Sprint community) has this following quote from a Sprint executive:
“This is directly from the Southwest Region Logistics Manager (a.k.a the man who would know):
‘This phone (Sony Ericsson T608) will only be offered through Telematics and .com. This will not be shipped to the stores. I do not have an ETA at this time.'”
We now have official confirmation from both Sprint and SonyEricsson that the phone will be released, that’s enough to stop the rumors of this phone being dead…
