Motorola has released its latest Android update schedule for its current slate of devices.
Of note is the confirmation that the recently discontinued Verizon Motorola Devour will not be officially updated to Android 2.1 after being placed under evaluation in June, while the CLIQ and XT sold on T-Mobile will be receiving updates to Android 2.1 between the late 3rd and early 4th quarter, a delay from its previous 2nd quarter timeframe. The Motorola Backflip will be updated to Android 2.1 during the 3rd quarter, while the DROID X will be updated to 2.2 later this summer.
