T-Mobile today released the Motorola PEBL phone on its web site.

Motorola's compact new PEBL for T-Mobile

The small antenna-equipped phone comes in a rounded form, and includes an etched keypad very similar to that on the RAZR.

The PEBL includes the following features:

  • Quad band world phone (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
  • Bluetooth wireless technology
  • Camera w/ 4x digital zoom
  • Speakerphone
  • Voice-activated dialing
  • Voice recorder
  • GPRS Data Capable
  • 262K color TFT Main LCD
  • 5MB internal memory
  • Speaker independent voice dialing

The PEBL is marketed as a compact alternative to the RAZR, a compliment to it. Pricing is currently set at $299, with no mention of rebate or contract.
