Update: Many users are noticing a significant change in ActiveSync 4.0 already. As of AS 4.0, Microsoft has removed all support for non-Exchange based synchronization. That means if you sync via WiFi, or cellular connections, upgrading to ActiveSync 4.0 will end your ability to do this.
Microsoft has released ActiveSync 4.0 for all Windows Mobile devices. AS 4.0 has not yet been posted on the main Windows Mobile site, however, you can now download it from the link below.
