HTC Rolls Out Windows Mobile 6 Update for AT&T 8525

HTC has issued an update for the 8525 on AT&T that upgrades the device to Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional. Like other Windows Mobile 6 upgrades, HTC is offering the update for free to all users.



However, HTC cautions users of Good Technology software to not upgrade as this version does not include the Good Mobile Mail client due to current incompatibility with Windows Mobile 6. For those users, HTC suggests that the update be downloaded and kept for future use until Good is updated to be compatible.
