Dell has responded to concerns raised regarding the availability of the Venue Pro Windows Phone 7 device after repeated delays and customer complaints regarding device orders. The manufacturer has stated that increased production is causing shipping delays, as the company is struggling to keep up with demand as well as addressing previous issues with hardware immediately affecting availability after its November launch.
Shipments are due to resume this Friday December 17th, with new ship dates for pending orders being adjusted for some orders and others being moved back all the way back to January 6th.
