Sprint has a new idea to put in the hall of bad ideas for its customers. Now they are letting third-party resellers assume the Sprint Store status, and sell phones saying that they are Sprint. So now current and potential customers can walk into a store not knowing if it is even an affiliate store, much less if you are going to get help with an issue.
Get a clue Sprint. Call a spade a spade, and make third-parties say who they are. Every other carrier does, even if they exclusively sell one carrier’s phones…
