A Word About Sprint PCS eCare

I’ve gotten a couple of news submissions from people citing emails from the eCare department at Sprint PCS. Folks, I hate to tell you this, but eCare is totally unreliable in terms of information.

Most eCare reps are totally unaware of the deveopments of the T608, and since the T608 is SKU’ed in their system, they say no matter what that it is coming out.  I really shouldn’t have posted that link to eCare in my welcome message, as they are totally unreliable, and it will be taken down.
