Sprint has launched the Sierra Wireless 598u USB modem, which is meant to replace the venerable 597u model released last year. Â The device features GPS support via Sprint SmartView, EVDO Rev. A access, and a microSDHC expansion slot along with zero-CD install support for XP/Vista/OS X, and one-touch activation.Â
The modem is now available online for $249.99, or free after new 2 year agreement and $50 instant online discount when purchased with Mobile Broadband service.
